Trauma therapy can help you cope with trauma, whether it’s caused by a one-time event, or an ongoing, long-lasting situation. Most people will experience some trauma in their life, and the impact can cause emotional, psychological and/or physical harm.
Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment? Tele-Therapy is an opportunity to receive therapy services at your convenience through zoom and phone calls.
